We search the HR Manager Policies and Procedures (m/f) for the Subsidiary of a multinational Food Group based in the Rhine/Main area

Purpose of Role:

In this Positon you will report to the Global HR Director. Your primary tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Develop and monitor implementation of needed HR policies for Germany and Global Organization
  • Coordinate major HR-procedures, such as the annual salary review
  • Ensure compliance of policies and practices with legal requirements
  • Ensure analysis of HR-information in HRIS and further development of the system
  • Ensure maintenance of actualized job descriptions
  • Collaborations with the local works council in order to maintain a positive social cli-mate
  • Monitor compensation and benefits practices for HQ and regions

Profile:

  • Relevant education like business studies with emphasis on labour and personnel law or law degree
  • Min. 6-8 years HR work experience in Germany and in an international setting
  • Fully at home with German labour law – and the ability to explain its intricacies to international colleagues
  • Proven track record of good and effective co-operation with Works Councils
  • Ability and willingness to work in a close HR-team
  • Above average and demonstrable affinity with numbers
  • Fluent English or the willingness to get to that level soonest
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity under pressure
  • Work experience in/with remote and virtual teams is a pre
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and gaining commitment
  • Ability and willingness to represent HR and the employer internally and externally
  • Tenacity
  • Willingness and ability to have an own opinion and to stand for that
  • Practical thinking, ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively for both sides - employee & employer
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be to the point and crystal clear
  • Demonstrable sense of humor
